As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and an independent public charity, we rely on support from the general public to drive our initiatives. Contributions are eligible for federal income tax deduction.

  • We can accept matched gifts and do not require specific paperwork to process the gift. After making your donation, you can provide your employer with the Roivant Social Ventures’ acknowledgement letter for gifts made with cash, check, or wire transfer or with the Stripe acknowledgement email for gifts made online. As our online donation processor, Stripe provides this email on our behalf.

    Donations made directly to Roivant Social Ventures are deductible to the full extent allowable under US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations. We will acknowledge contributions by letter or email, which also serves as an acknowledgement of the contribution for tax purposes. We accept contributions made online, or via check, cash, money order, or wire transfer. Contributions can also be made through donor-advised funds, community foundations, and other giving platforms. For a donation of illiquid assets, such as publicly traded securities, privately held stock, or cryptocurrency, we partner with a third party to liquidate the assets. We can work with your financial advisor on transactions involving illiquid assets.
